You MUST apply for (and be notified that you have received) a scholarship prior to beginning registration. You will be provided with a registration code to complete registration to receive the scholarship discount of $250.

Accommodations

This year, HILT is offering student dormitory housing for any attendee. There are three rooming options for the dormitory. Double occupancy rooms (2 people) run $277 for the week. Single occupancy rooms (1 person) and ADA compliant rooms (1 person) run $463 for the week. Attendees can check in beginning at 3 pm on Sunday, August 3 and must check out no later than 11 am on Saturday, August 9th. Prices for dormitory rooms are set per person based on the type of occupancy (single or double) for the entire week. Each bedroom is equipped with a twin bed, bureau, desk, and chair for each participant assigned to the room. Standard linen service will provide 1 pillow, 1 pillowcase, 2 sheets, and a blanket. (Sorry, we don’t make the bed.) Towels may be exchanged daily and sheets may be exchanged weekly at the hospitality desk. Laundry facilities are available in every community. Daily housekeeping service is not provided. (Rooms are cleaned prior to a group’s arrival.) Common areas (bathrooms, lounges) in traditional halls are cleaned daily.

You can reserve and pay for your housing when you register. Registration for housing closes July 1, 2014.
