Registration

  • Standard: $975
  • Early Career Scholars and Cultural Heritage Professionals: $775
  • Student: $550

Registration fees include participation in your selection of one five-day HILT Course, plus access to the Keynote, and the HILT Social. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided each day.

Scholarships

We are pleased to offer HILT Scholarships to selected applicants!

Scholarship Application Deadline: May 1, 2017

Eligibility: Full-time enrolled students, early career scholars (terminal degree ≥ 5 years), and current employees of galleries, archives, and museums are eligible to apply for a HILT Scholarship.

Award Amount: $250— to be applied to HILT 2017 Registration Costs.

Application Process: You MUST apply for a scholarship before beginning registration. If granted a scholarship, a code will be provided to complete registration with the scholarship discount applied.

Selection Process: Applications will be judged on need, merit, and course availability at the time of evaluation. There are a limited number of sponsored scholarships, and will be considered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Scholarships will be awarded on a rolling basis. Deadline to apply is May 1.

Accommodations

Nearby housing options are available to HILT guests at an additional cost. Dorm reservations can be made through the HILT registration platform, and room block reservations at the Hampton Inn can be made through the link provided below.
