Anastasia Salter

Assistant Professor, Information Arts and Technologies, University of Baltimore  

Anastasia Salter earned her Doctorate in Communications Design, University of Baltimore (May 2010), MFA in Children’s Literature, Hollins University (October 2011), Master of Arts, Communication, Culture and Technology, Georgetown University (May 2007), and Bachelor of Arts, Digital Narrative Studies, University of Maryland, College Park (May 2005). Her research is dedicated to gaining an understanding of these ideas at play in virtual spaces today. She studies how storytelling has changed, from the oral tradition to writing to mass media to video games and fanfiction.
