Registration fees includes admittance to one course, our community event, as well as breakfast and lunch in our campus dining hall.

This year, we are offering a number of discounts for friends of HILT:

Group Discounts: Any group of 5 who register together are eligible for a 25% discount. Group Discount options are available by looking in the lower right hand side of the registration homepage.

Sponsored Student Scholarships are available to full-time enrolled students, early career scholars (terminal degree within 5 years), and current employees of galleries, archives, and museums. You MUST apply for (and be notified that you have received) a scholarship prior to beginning registration. You will be provided with a registration code to complete registration to receive the scholarship discount of $250.  Adjusted fees will be $275 (students) and $525 (early career scholars or cultural heritage professionals). There are a limited number of sponsored student scholarships. They will be awarded on a rolling-basis until exhausted.

Please note you cannot combine group scholarships and student scholarships. Apply NOW!

IUPUI Campus Housing will be offered for an additional fee. Housing rates are as follows.

Double Occupancy Room (price per person): $57 per night/$342 total
Single Occupancy Room (price per person): $108 per night/$648 total
ADA-compliant single occupancy room (price per person): $108 per night/$648 total

Housing fees include access to your assigned room from Sunday, June 2 (3 pm) to Saturday, June 8 (10 am), linens, as well as breakfast and lunch in our campus dining facilities. All dormitory rooms are non-smoking. Please be aware that dormitories are no-frills accommodations and require you to walk to the classroom buildings. It is expected that participants electing to stay in dormitory housing recognize this aspect of their stay. Pro-rating of dormitory stays are not possible.

University Tower is modern residence hall is located in the heart of the IUPUI campus.

Discounted parking passes are available for the week of the event at a cost of $56 per pass. Parking passes are for the full week only and cannot be rebated.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available minus a $30.00 processing fee until April 27, 2019. You are able to substitute another registrant at no cost until April 27, 2019. After April 27, 2019, there are no refunds.
